Financial Manager, Segments & FP&A

Financial Manager, Segments & FP&A – Partner with Associate Director, Segments, DTS Leaders, and FP&A teams to develop investment business cases, provide timely financial and operational analysis, manage the global DTS allocation/chargeback framework, and support delivery of DTS outcomes.

Responsibilities
  • Provide detailed financial analysis and insights to support business decisions.
  • Lead preparation of annual segment budgets and forecasts.
  • Drive and support development of segment technology plan and business cases.
  • Track and report on segment financial performance, offering insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with senior managers and key stakeholders.
  • Develop business cases, provide financial support, and lead business initiatives and projects as needed.
  • Develop skills and expertise to broaden capability and prepare for future roles.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • Minimum 7 years of progressive financial, business partnership, and leadership experience.
  • Demonstrated project and change management experience.
  • Understanding of digital technology, industry trends, and familiarity with Technology Business Management (TBM).
  • Experience with SAP, Power BI, Excel.
  • Experience in a multi‑national, matrix organization preferred;
    Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) experience a bonus.
  • Effective communication and ability to build a compelling business case.
  • Strong analytical skills and deep understanding of business, finance, and economics principles.
