Position: Patient Care Technician (PCT) - Medical Services
Theda Care -  -  - Responsibilities:
Performs delegated patient care activities using evidence-based practice and specific competencies for the patient population served;
Checks patients' vital signs, height, and weight, as needed, based on patient type;
Provides compassionate care and listens to patients' concerns and guides them by answering any questions or concerns;
Identifies and escalates changes in patient status or patient risks to prevent crisis;
Collects clinical data and information on patients and reports to care team
