Job Details:

• Work 12-hour night shifts starting at 5:30 PM

• Every other weekend or every weekend schedule (candidate to decide)

• 36 guaranteed hours per week

• 13-week contract length

• Holiday coverage as needed

• Float throughout facility within skillset and to all Theda Care facilities within 60-mile radius

• No on-call or call-back requirements

• Required certifications:
Wisconsin RN License, AHA BLS

• Minimum 3+ years RN experience and 1 travel contract required

• EPIC charting experience within the last year required

• Previous travel experience required - no travelers from within 50 miles of facility

• Black scrub colors required

• Handle medical/surgical cases, COVID patients, pre-post catheterization, and post pacemaker care

• Occasional pediatric patients

• Patient ratio 1:5-6 with RN paired with support staff (LPN/CNA) based on acuity

• 8-hour unbillable orientation required

• Associate degree or certificate education required

• Must be hardworking, resilient, manage change well, and have strong social skills
