At Covey, we believe it is RIGHT and FAIR to increase wages every 6 months for Caregivers who are dedicated and in caregiving for the right reasons. In reality though - it's not all about the raises. At Covey we believe in creating moments that matter—for the people we serve and the people who serve alongside us. We’re looking for compassionate, imaginative individuals to join our team.

• Assisting with personal care (bathing, toileting, eating) based on individual care plans
• Sharing meaningful moments—baking, crafting, exercising, or just enjoying conversation
• Administering medications (we’ll train you!)
• Documenting daily activities and progress
• Creating a safe, welcoming environment—inside and out
• Building strong, trusting relationships with clients and their families
• Sharing joy through conversation, creativity, and connection
• Making someone’s day—every day

• A heart for service and a desire to help others live full, joyful lives
• No experience needed—we’ll train you!
• Must be at least 18 years old
• High school diploma or GED
• Strong communication skills and a commitment to confidentiality
• Willingness to complete CBRF certification and training within 90 days (don’t worry, we’ll pay!)
• Ability to pass a background and driving record check
• A valid driver’s license (required for some 1st shift roles)
