The Clinical Pharmacist helps providers in a multi-disciplinary fashion manage medication therapy. He or She is responsible for monitoring, managing and adjusting therapy, using approved guidelines and protocols.

Hours for this Position:

40-48 hours per week 1pm-9:30pm (will need to work one weekend a month)

• 4+years of experience as a Pharmacist
• Pharmacist License in WI – active and in good standing
• Experience in NICU medication, Chemo medication preferred
• Pharmacokinetics (PK) experience preferred
• Hospital experience preferred
