Patient Services Representative

Ear, Nose & Throat Specialists of Wisconsin, SC seeks a Patient Services Representative to support our multi-physician ENT, allergy, and audiology practice. In this front-desk role, you will warmly greet patients, manage check-in/check-out, schedule and confirm appointments, verify insurance, collect co-pays, and accurately update demographic and clinical information in our EHR. You will handle a high volume of phone calls, coordinate with clinical staff, and ensure a smooth patient flow.
