The Housekeeper role at Cobblestone Hotel is a part‑time, on‑site position located in Neenah, WI. In this role, the housekeeper is responsible for cleaning and maintaining guest rooms and public areas, including dusting, vacuuming, sanitizing bathrooms, changing linens, and replenishing supplies. Day‑to‑day tasks include managing laundry duties such as washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and towels, while following established cleanliness and safety standards.

The housekeeper interacts with guests and team members in a courteous manner, responds to guest requests, and reports maintenance or safety concerns to supervisors. This position requires following checklists and schedules, working efficiently with minimal supervision, and supporting a clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment for guests.

• Ability to manage Laundry tasks, including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and towels.
• Strong Communication skills to interact clearly and respectfully with guests and team members.
• Customer Service skills to respond to guest requests, address concerns, and contribute to a positive guest experience.
• Organization Skills to follow cleaning checklists, maintain supplies, and manage time effectively.
• Willingness to participate in Training and learn hotel cleaning standards, safety procedures, and brand guidelines.
• Previous housekeeping, cleaning, or hospitality experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift in compliance with safety practices.
• Reliability in attendance, punctuality, and adherence to assigned schedules.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
