Job Summary

We are currently hiring an in-house temporary Recruiter I, xPO for our xPO
Advantage team, and our ideal candidate will possess a passion for impacting lives and our community. The primary purpose of this position is to source, qualify and place talent on assignment or direct at client sites. The duties related to this position include recruiting, pre-screening, interviewing, checking references, and maintaining talent and client records. In addition to this, the Recruiter I will support the team in providing excellent customer service to further business relationships with assigned clients.

The Recruiter I may support BPO, MSP and/or RPO programs based on business needs.

An ability to establish relationships with clients, peers, candidates, talent, and centers of influence to drive business as well as an ability to navigate employee relations issues and partner with key corporate team members and a strong knowledge of recruiting and industry trends based on markets and business supported.
