The Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) acts as a strategic advisor to business leaders, aligning HR strategies with operational and organizational goals. The role provides full-cycle HR support to one or more operating companies, with a strong focus on employee relations, talent planning, and coaching leaders in a fast paced, field-based environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver full lifecycle HR support from recruitment and onboarding to terminations and investigations
- Act as a trusted partner to frontline leaders and supervisors across assigned operating companies
- This will be mainly operations and project leaders
- Manage complex employee relations cases and performance issues with professionalism and rigor
- Conduct investigations and provide documentation and guidance aligned with policy and employment law
- Guide leaders in coaching, development, and employee engagement conversations
- Partner on training and compliance initiatives, including safety and regulatory needs
- Help drive local execution of enterprise-wide HR projects and improvements
- Maintain HR records, systems data, and provide reports/insights as required
- 5–15 years of progressive HR experience
- Current or recent HR Business Partner, HR Manager, Senior HR Generalist or similar
- Strong employee relations background
- Experience conducting investigations independently
- Performance management and corrective action experience
- Leadership coaching and influencing experience
- Experience managing organizational change
- Comfortable operating in "the gray."
- Ability to balance strategic work with hands-on HR execution
- Experience supporting operational leaders
- Experience with in larger HR structures and partnering with COEs (Talent Acquisition, Benefits, Payroll, Compensation etc.)
- Bachelor's degree preferred
