This is an internship position (Non-Exempt Salary); the hourly range is stated below. The rate offered within this range will be based upon the geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level. Hourly Rate:

$20 - $24/hr.

The Human Resources (HR) Intern will support the Corporate HR team in the areas of Talent Acquisition, Talent Development and Total Rewards. They will also gain and apply knowledge about Plexus' industry, infrastructure and business during the internship.

• Work closely with the HR team members to handle daily tasks, as well as assist in accomplishing long-term projects and implementation of HR initiatives.
• Work closely with the HR team in the areas of talent acquisition, talent development and total rewards. You may coordinate candidate interview scheduling, contribute to content design for leadership development initiatives, and/or support projects within compensation and benefits.
• Assist in correspondence, research, and other HR matters under the direction and supervision of the HR team.
• Learn and use our HR systems to support the HR team in day to day tasks.
• Additional duties as assigned by the HR team.

• Student working toward a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field for the entire duration of internship.
