As a US - Field Technical Spt Cons IV - US1, you will be part of the Technical Support Department supporting Video Conferencing and Network Services. The ideal candidate will have strong problem‑solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive attitude which will align successfully in the organization.

• Provide Level 1 technical support to customer end users for video conferencing and related systems.
• Support customer end users with user training for self‑scheduling conferences and launching video calls.
• Assist customers in scheduling and launching video conference calls efficiently.
• Open incident tickets for incidents and maintain customer incident management and CMDB systems.
• Support onsite video MACD requests, including installing and removing video equipment as needed.

• Experience in technical support or related field, preferably with video conferencing systems.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and familiarity with network and video equipment.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to perform onsite support and travel as required.
