Summary
This position is responsible for the support of cloud environments primarily in Azure as well as Google Cloud and AWS. It focuses on supporting the cloud environment and moving the on‑premises environment to Azure Virtual Machines, Microsoft’s PaaS solutions, and SaaS solutions.

WhatYou’ll Do
- Participate in the design process and implement cloud‑based solutions.
- Migrate on‑premises workloads into cloud infrastructure.
- Maintain and monitor cloud‑based solutions.
- Report on cloud usage.
- Partner with internal teams to support and design efficient cloud solutions that meet business requirements.
- Work closely with Dev Ops and Infrastructure team members to automate and implement infrastructure as code.
- Troubleshoot and support issues related to performance, security, or capabilities of cloud‑based solutions.
- Integrate cloud‑based solutions with other cloud or on‑premises workloads.
- Provide technical guidance for cloud options.
- Work with Security team to implement and maintain security solutions.
- Automate the elasticity of cloud services to minimize costs during light usage and to maximize performance during peak volume.
- Identify inadequate or inefficient systems and suggest alternatives to reduce cost or increase efficiency to enable the company to reach its goals.
- Stay up to date on industry trends and technologies; recommend new solutions.
- Participate in an "on‑call" rotation for cloud support.
- Review current server infrastructure, determine sizing and scalability, and reduce server sprawl.

What You’ll Bring- Bachelor’s degree in IT or a related field preferred.
- 3‑4 years of related experience in Information Technology.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Microsoft Azure.
- Experience supporting major infrastructure migration initiatives preferred.
- Property/casualty insurance background and jewelry industry experience helpful, but not required.
- Experience with Google Cloud and AWS seen as a plus.
- Microsoft, Google, AWS, Cisco, VMware, Citrix, Power Shell preferred.
