You will provide level 1 technical support to internal and remote associates, assist with hardware provisioning, asset management, and basic troubleshooting, and collaborate with IT staff to resolve issues.
This role requires in-person work five days a week, building knowledge base articles, participating in rollouts, and helping optimize desk-side operations.
