Our client is seeking a Brand Deployment Analyst to join their team! This position is located in Remote Neenah, Wisconsin.
Responsibilities- Manage deployment of finished goods across manufacturing plants, distribution centers, and third-party facilities to meet service and cost objectives
- Partner with Production Planning to align inventory deployment with production schedules and proactively mitigate supply risks
- Maintain accurate planning and master data within ERP systems, ensuring timely updates for product or supply changes
- Monitor inventory health, including slow-moving and excess stock, to minimize obsolescence and meet inventory targets
- Coordinate supply changes, production timelines, and promotional activity with cross-functional partners such as:
Operations, Marketing, Packaging, Vendors - Optimize deployment strategies using best practices (e.g., truck cube utilization, transportation mode selection, regional sourcing)
- Analyze constraints and recommend data-driven solutions to improve service levels and cost efficiency
- Support new product launches, rollovers, and special projects impacting logistics and supply chain performance
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and customer service
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related field
- Experience with SAP and/or Kinaxis (Maestro/Rapid Response)
- Working knowledge of supply chain planning, inventory management, and distribution operations
- Experience managing customer service expectations and balancing service versus cost
- Exposure to inventory optimization and cost‑savings initiatives
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Familiarity with mill and distribution center (DC) operations
- Employee‑Owned Profit Sharing (ESOP)

The approximate pay range for this position is between $14.00 and $20.00. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and location. We comply with local wage minimums.
