Temporary Pricing Support Specialist
Location:
Neenah, WI
Pay: $20–$22/hour
Schedule:
Monday–Friday, standard business hours
Duration: 3–4 months (potential for hire)
Position OverviewWe are seeking an individual to support our Pricing team in a temporary capacity. This role offers a great opportunity to gain hands‑on experience in pricing operations and SAP systems, with the possibility of full‑time employment at the end of the assignment.
Key Responsibilities- Assist with customer clean‑up efforts related to sales order override access removal
- Run pricing updates (“price moves”) in SAP HANA
- Print and review price lists for accuracy
- Complete Axosoft tickets within scope (including Z1 and price scale creation)
- Support material inactivation processes (rejecting quotes and expiring price scales)
- Assist with Folding Carton and Preprint pricing clean‑up initiatives
- Support efforts to sunset legacy systems (EFI and ECC)
- Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy
- Strong administrative or data‑entry background
- Ability to learn new systems quickly (SAP experience a plus, but not required)
- Comfortable working with data, pricing, and process‑driven tasks
- Strong organizational and time‑management skills
