    1:00 PM – 9:00 PM, Monday – Friday
  • Starting Pay: $22.69/hour

What You’ll Do (Key Responsibilities)
  • Operate forklifts to move, stack, and organize medical equipment.
  • Pick and pack orders with accuracy and care.
  • Perform inventory checks and keep the warehouse organized.
  • Work closely with the logistics team to improve shipping processes.
Qualifications
  • Forklift operation experience (preferred but not required – we’ll train you).
  • Familiarity with order picking and packing procedures.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 70 lbs and stand, walk, and bend for up to 8 hours.
  • Basic tech skills with tablets, scanners, and monitors.
  • A positive, team‑player attitude and strong communication skills.
Training & Development:

  • Forklift Operation & Safety
    • Safe handling and control of forklifts
    • Safety procedures for medical equipment
  • Order Picking & Packing
    • Accurate and efficient order selection
    • Use of order sheets and electronic systems
  • Inventory Management
    • Regular inventory counts and stock tracking
    • How to identify and resolve inventory issues
  • Warehouse Layout & Organization
    • Familiarity with warehouse zones and workflow
    • Best practices for maintaining an organized space
  • Quality Assurance & Compliance
    • Packaging and quality standards for medical equipment
    • Regulatory and policy compliance procedures

You’ll also be introduced to general workplace policies, emergency protocols, and ongoing training updates to stay current on equipment and safety procedures.
