Responsibilities- As a Senior Project Manager, manage a phase of a large complex project or manage multiple large projects.
- Accountable for all aspects of a project’s success—from the initial proposal/bidding process to meeting or exceeding client expectations and the profitable completion of the jobs, with a special emphasis on safety performance.
- Reliability, self-motivation, goal orientation, organization, professionalism, and strong verbal and written communication skills are essential. Ability to work well in teams and to make decisions quickly is required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Construction Management, Engineering, or related field and 7-10+ years of related experience or an equivalent combination of both.
- Experience working with deep foundation systems: drilled piers, driven piles, micropiles, etc.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience with Project Management software (Primavera, HCSS, etc.).
- A valid driver license for the type(s) of vehicles which may be driven and an acceptable driving record.
- Ability to travel and commit to long-term onsite projects.
