Plexus Corp. seeks a Director of Automation & Digital Manufacturing to define and execute the strategy for manufacturing automation across six sites in the Americas. You will lead deployment of next-generation technologies, including robotics and AI-enabled manufacturing, to improve safety, quality, productivity and scalability.
You will manage a team of 12+ engineers, partner with Operations, IT and Quality, and drive capital planning and executive reviews to realize value across the region.
