We are hiring for a Value Stream Manager in our Neenah, WI location.

This position provides leadership and direction in the attainment of strategic deployment goal; is responsible for safety, quality, material flow, maintaining budgets, and direct labor development for the assigned operational area/s. This person will ensure TIDI True North and related ideal behaviors are applied and improved daily, develop associates through continuously improving safety, quality, delivery, cost, and respect while providing excellent service to all customers, internal and external.
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:- Directly manage the Supervisory Team and their reports. All elements of supervision are performed, including selection, wage administration, discipline, recognition, training, and performance evaluations.
- Evaluate assigned personnel and arrange training for them based on strategic needs.
- Accountable for allocating and planning resources to ensure all metrics are met.
- Set tactical goals, monitor progress, and ensure accountability for the Team/s & Team Member/s.
- Manage tactical goals while developing and executing plans to meet strategic goals.
- Establish routine schedules to enable alignment and clarity within the Team/s towards metrics.
- Prepare department annual budget and manage expenses of the department within the budget.
- Prepare capital budget requests that fall within the scope of the department/s.
- Monitor & Control Systems for operating supply inventory control.
- Maintain efficient, accurate, and timely records and reports relevant to the department/s.
- Assume responsibility of contractor safety and service when sourced for relevant work within the plant.
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product Development, Quality, etc. to ensure all goals are met.
- Ensure positive employee relations while developing the Leadership capabilities of the Supervisory Team.
- Perform quarterly reviews of Supervisors.
- Maintain and improve systems utilized to ensure all Team Members are receiving individual development.
- Responsible to ensure the efficacy and accuracy of all documentation used in the assigned area/s.
- Influence direct leaders to ensure full participation and engagement in continuous improvement activities.
- Enhance processes while working with cross-functional groups.
- Using a Lean Management System, ensure goals are met on a daily basis.
- Interact with other departments within the company to positively affect all plans & goals.
- Responsible for accurate and timely communication to assigned area/s & Team/s.
- Interview, hire, and train new employees.
- Protect employees and visitors by maintaining a safe and clean work environment.
- Responsible for managing day-to-day operations within the Manufacturing Group.

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
- At least 5 years' related experience

- Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of changing situations under stress.
- Must have effective supervisory, planning and decision-making skills.
- Must have excellent knowledge of manufacturing processes, procedures, policies and safety requirements.
- Keen appreciation of safety awareness.
- Demonstrated ability to use influencing skills to accomplish goals and objectives.
- Knowledge of ERP system and the relationship of various system parameters to each other.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office;
Word, Excel, Power Point. - Ability to communicate professionally with people at all levels of the organization and external contacts.
- Must have demonstrated proficient project management skills.
- Must be able to deduce root cause for problems and establish robust corrective actions.
- Must be able to develop tactical & strategic action plans that positively impact goals and address concerns/problems.
