About the RoleThis position leads the Distribution and Transportation System and Process Support Team, overseeing up to eight Kimberly‑Clark resources and focusing on projects to improve supply‑chain systems, processes, and flows. You will collaborate with other supply‑chain teams to develop strategic capabilities and provide operational support to achieve Distribution and Transportation objectives in high‑volume CPG distribution centers across North America, as well as in Corporate Transportation.
Responsibilities- Provide leadership for technical and system operations of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), Yard Management, e‑Commerce fulfillment, Transportation Management System (TMS), Shipment Track & Trace, Carrier Portal, and Robotic Process Automation Solutions (RPA).
- Ensure system and process health and stability for platforms such as Blue Yonder TMS, Blue Yonder WMS, SAP EWM, Four Kites, and Turbine RPA.
- Deliver training, user support, and direction to 3PL WMS super‑users and the Distribution and Transportation teams.
- Support problem‑solving and corrective action, collaborating with cross‑functional teams to design and implement program strategies and project initiatives that enhance customer logistics cost objectives.
- Prioritize technical projects and system enhancements with a focus on business value.
- Develop expertise in safety, quality, and technical analysis to drive continuous improvement and innovative solutions.
- Create new tools or perform ad‑hoc analysis to meet various customer group needs.
- Attract, develop, and retain talent, fostering engagement and a positive culture.
- Manage security and business continuity plans across multiple systems, ensuring compliance with internal controls and legal requirements.
- Support the SG&A budgeting process and maintain active engagement in the transportation and distribution industry through benchmarking and best‑practice adoption.
- Bachelor’s degree in supply‑chain, engineering, computer science, or a related field.
- 5+ years of relevant experience with broad supply‑chain systems and functional knowledge across manufacturing, distribution, transportation, procurement, and customer solutions.
- Working knowledge of SAP, warehouse management, and transportation systems (preferred).
- Analytical tool proficiency and ability to analyze complex data to identify root causes and opportunities.
- Ability to apply CI/Lean principles for continuous process improvement.
- Travel up to 25‑30% depending on project assignments.

Salary Range: $105,740 – $130,620 USD (US locations only). Compensation may vary by location, role, skills, performance, and experience.
This role is available for local candidates already authorized to work in the location. Kimberly‑Clark will not provide relocation support.
