- Disassemble and inspect paper machine rolls (training provided).
- Utilize different types of measuring instruments such as micrometers, sine bars, dial indicator, gauge blocks, calipers, etc.
- Record keeping: complete paperwork for each job accurately and neatly.
- Operate tow motors, overhead cranes and different power tools in a safe and efficient manner (training provided).
- Prior assembly experience.
- Ability to work overtime as needed.
- Must be at least 18+ years old.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver's license.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and math skills.
- Must be able to lift 50 pounds.
- Willingness to cross train and assist in other areas as needed.
- Knowledge of different paper machine rolls, bearings, seals and other components.
- Experience working in a team environment.
- Must have or willing to purchase own tools.
6:00 AM – 4:00 PM (4‑day work week)
Monday thru Thursday, Tuesday thru Friday – rotates weekly.
Weekend work when required.
Safety Boot Reimbursement.
Compensation and Benefits- Starting salary for position: $27.00‑$40.50 per hour.
