We are hiring Production Press Helpers / Manufacturing Associates for a growing production facility. This position supports press operations, equipment cleaning, and production workflow to ensure high-quality output and efficient manufacturing operations.

This is a temp-to-hire opportunity with the goal of long-term placement for the right candidate.

• Follow all safety policies and manufacturing procedures
  .
• Set up, operate, and maintain plate washer equipment
  .
• Clean and maintain anilox rolls and anilox cleaning equipment
  .
• Properly store print cylinders, sleeves, and plates after cleaning.
• Maintain production efficiency and quality standards during equipment operation.
• Complete quality inspections and production documentation
  .
• Assist press operators and press crews during job changeovers
  .
• Stage and clear F&K/Bobst carts to support production workflow.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the production area
  .
• Communicate with team members and departments to improve production quality and performance
  .
• Participate in Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives
  .
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

• Ability to work 12-hour shifts in a manufacturing environment
• Must speak, read, and understand English clearly and use it for computer-based communication and reporting
• Ability to work safely in a fast-paced production environment
