The type of candidate we’re looking for

Our ideal candidate meets the qualifications listed below:

  • 18+ years old
  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
  • Effective communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal relationship skills
  • Ability to use tape measures and digital calipers
  • Ability to operate or learn equipment such as saws, crimpers, CNC machinery, and forklifts
  • Willing to learn and follow standard practices
  • Ability to read technical instructions
  • Ability to safely lift up to 30 lbs
  • Basic math and computer skills
  • Ability to type 25+ wpm

A current forklift driver certification is a plus. We will provide training if needed.

Your day‑to‑day as a tube fabrication associate

This is a full‑time production position that alternates weekly between Monday–Thursday and Monday–Wednesday
, 5 am–5 pm
, with overtime as required
.

As our Tube Fabrication Associate, you'll handle tube preparation and bending, operate saws and CNC equipment, assemble materials, complete inspection paperwork, and maintain an organized work area. You'll follow all safety guidelines, meet quality requirements, help identify product issues, support ISO documentation, and work closely with your team to meet production timelines. Cross‑training ensures you stay versatile and continue building your skill set.
