Job Summary
CNC Machinist Level 5 – $2,000 sign-on bonus. As a machinist you will create high-complexity parts from various metals safely, effectively, and efficiently in a job shop environment. You will operate vertical and horizontal mills, lathes, cylindrical grinders, hand tools, and inspection tools.
Work HoursPositions available on 1st and 2nd shift. 1st shift:
Monday–Friday 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM or 5:00 AM to 1:00 PM (8-hour days). 2nd shift:
Monday–Thursday 3:00 PM to 1:00 AM (10-hour days). Overtime and weekend work as required. $1.25 per hour shift differential for 2nd shift.
- Operate and maintain CNC machines and hand tools to produce high-complexity parts from various metals.
- Use CAM software and read/interpret G-code.
- Operate vertical and horizontal mills, lathes, and cylindrical grinders.
- Use inspection tools to ensure parts meet required tolerances.
- Maintain a clean, safe work environment and use PPE.
- Coordinate with team to meet customer delivery needs and maximize asset utilization.
- 18 years or older and authorized to work in the United States.
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
- 1+ years of continuous verifiable work experience.
- 3+ years of experience in a job shop environment producing complex, high-tolerance parts or equivalent military experience.
- Knowledge of CAM software and ability to read/interpret G-code.
- Ability to lift 50 lbs., push or pull up to 40 lbs., and perform required physical movements.
- Strong problem-solving, organization, and communication skills.
- Must be able to wear PPE and pass pre-employment assessments, background check, and physical fitness test.

Starting hourly wage: $28.66 USD with overtime and potential pay increases within the first year. 2nd shift differential: $1.25 per hour.
