CNC Machinist Level 4 – $2,000 Sign‑On Bonus

Position: CNC Machinist Level
4. Sign‑On Bonus: $2,000.

Responsible for creating high‑complexity parts from various metals in a shop environment. Operates vertical and horizontal mills, lathes, cylindrical grinders, hand tools, and inspection tools.

• Work as part of a high‑performing team in a job‑shop environment.
• Create high‑complexity parts from various metals safely, effectively, and efficiently.
• Operate and mix machine tools: vertical and horizontal mills, lathes, and cylindrical grinders; use hand tools and inspection tools used by machinists.
• Maintain a clean and safe shop environment and adhere to PPE requirements.

• 1st Shift: Monday–Friday 6AM–2PM / 5AM–1PM (five 8‑hour days).
• 2nd Shift: Monday–Thursday 3PM–1AM (four 10‑hour days).
• Overtime as required; 2nd Shift differential of $1.25 per hour.
• Weekend work may be required when necessary.

• Age 18 or older, authorized to work in the United States.
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• 1+ years verifiable work experience in a job‑shop environment producing complex, high‑tolerance parts.
• Or a related technical diploma and/or 3+ years experience.
• Working knowledge of CAM software and ability to read/interp G‑Code.
• Physical ability to lift 50lb., push/pull up to 40lb., climb stairs, bend, twist, squat, crouch, and use strong hand grip.
• Frequent standing; occasional sitting.
• Strong concentration, organizational, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
• Must wear required PPE (ear, eye, hand, toe protection).
• Pass pre‑employment assessment, background check, drug screening, and post‑offer Physical Abilities Test (PAT).

• Starting hourly wage $33.66 USD (U.S. locations only).
• Eligible for overtime pay and potential pay increases within first year.
• Sign‑On Bonus: $2,000.
