Every custom door tells a story, and it starts with you. In this story we are looking for motivated team members to create something tangible, be creative, learn a skillset and problem solve while connecting to the natural beauty of the doors.

• Taking ownership of an automated CNC machine that will cut/shape materials
• Machine setup/load correct tooling, secure material onto machine bed
• Start Machine and Monitor the process
• Adjust feed and speed
• Quality checks using calipers, rulers and tape measure
• Make small adjustments
• Solve problems by diagnosing issues
• Communicate effectively with coworkers
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area ensuring with OSHA standards.

• Starting wage of $21.39/hr with $1.25 shift premium for 2 nd and 3 rd shifts
• Guaranteed wage of $22.99/hr at 90 days
• Available shifts on 1 st , 2 nd , 3 rd shifts
• Overtime available for the team to help meet production deadlines
