Entry‑Level Manufacturing Trainee – Valmet – Neenah

We are hiring entry‑level Manufacturing Trainees to join our production team. This is a hands‑on opportunity to gain a well‑rounded manufacturing experience.

As a Manufacturing Trainee at Valmet – Neenah, you will experience a variety of production activities designed to build a foundation in manufacturing operations.

Training includes blast operator and floorman duties, maintaining product quality through proper procedures and attention to detail, cleaning and preparing parts for assembly, reading and interpreting safety rules, operating procedures, and manuals. You will organize materials, maintain accurate production records, handle chemicals safely for mixing, cleaning, and disposal, apply basic math skills in practical situations, follow instructions in various formats, and operate cranes and forklifts safely.

Proficiency in computer systems is essential. Commitment to maintaining a clean and safe work environment is required. Flexibility is key; you will respond to overtime needs and shift changes based on production demands.

This position requires flexibility to cover vacations, extended leaves, and increased production demands. Weekly shifts may vary based on operational needs.
