• Quality & Packaging:
  Sort, label, inspect, and package finished goods according to customer specifications and quality standards.
• Operational Support:
  Prepare cores for machine operators, track multiple packing orders simultaneously, and keep work stations stocked with packaging materials.

  Communicate shift updates and coordinate across departments to keep production running smoothly.
• Safety & Maintenance:
  Maintain a clean work area using 5S practices, assist with basic equipment maintenance, and uphold safety protocols as a team role model.

Pay Rate: $22.47/hr plus $2/hr shift differential

Shift: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM, Monday

  High School Diploma / GED OR 3+ years of relevant manufacturing or warehouse experience.
• Technical

  Basic computer literacy (proficiency with production applications).
• Physical & License Requirements:
  Ability to lift up to 50 lbs (300 lbs total weight limit) and willingness to obtain a Lift Truck Operator License.
• Schedule Flexibility:
  Willingness to work overtime as needed.
