- Quality & Packaging:
Sort, label, inspect, and package finished goods according to customer specifications and quality standards. - Operational Support:
Prepare cores for machine operators, track multiple packing orders simultaneously, and keep work stations stocked with packaging materials. - Team
Collaboration:
Communicate shift updates and coordinate across departments to keep production running smoothly. - Safety & Maintenance:
Maintain a clean work area using 5S practices, assist with basic equipment maintenance, and uphold safety protocols as a team role model. - Continuous Improvement:
Participate in group problem-solving and quality improvement projects
Pay Rate: $22.47/hr plus $2/hr shift differential

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs (300 lbs total weight limit) and willingness to obtain a Lift Truck Operator License. - Schedule Flexibility:
