Machine Operator - Glass Tempering

Hours:

Monday - Friday, 6:00am - 3:30pm

$20.00/HR

• Operate cutting, edging, and seaming machines to meet quality standards.
• Set up, run, and perform basic maintenance on department machines.
• Pre-stage raw glass and properly store finished products per guidelines.
• Handle and maneuver glass safely, including lifting to platform heights of three feet.
• Maintain a clean workspace, manage inventory, and ensure quality control.
• Dependable, proactive, and safety-conscious with strong multitasking skills.
• Perform repetitive tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to cross-train for other workstations.
• Complete additional tasks as needed.

• 1+ year of manufacturing or production experience (preferred).
• Strong basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, fractions, decimals).
• Basic computer skills and mechanical aptitude required.
• Ability to follow instructions and work professionally with others.
• Capableofmeeting productivity and quality standards.
• Physically demanding role; must lift up to 50 lbs regularly.
