This position involves working in a climate-controlled manufacturing environment focused on structural steel and various other metal projects. You will be asked to assist with preparing parts for paint, material handling, and spraying final coatings. The job duties include washing parts, taping and masking materials, operating overhead cranes and forklifts to move materials, spraying coatings, and inspecting final coatings.
Responsibilities- Prepare projects for coatings by washing, taping, and masking surfaces
- Spray wet paint and primer on metal materials
- Inspect final coatings and complete touch-up painting as needed
- Utilize forklifts, pallet jacks, and overhead cranes to move materials
- 1-2 years of industrial painting experience preferred
- Experience spraying paint using HVLP, Airless or Air-Assisted sprayers preferred
- Previous painting experience required (hobby experience will be considered)

This is a Permanent position based out of Neenah, WI. The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $28.00/hr eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
