Production Supervisor, 2nd or 3rd shift

• Supervises the activities of production personnel engaged in all facets of the manufacturing function
• Implements operational strategies in assigned area(s)
• Provides guidance to production associates to ensure scorecard objectives are met
• Collaborates with cross-functional leaders to support continuous improvement initiatives

• High School diploma required
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience required
• Knowledge of and ability to use and influence organization's policies
• Knowledge of methods, accepted practices, considerations and regulatory requirements associated with safety

Demonstrates strong leadership in supervising production personnel and implementing operational strategies while ensuring compliance with safety regulations and organizational policies.
