We started more than two decades ago with a few saws, hands‑on craftsmanship, and a commitment to doing excellent work. Today, we have a talented team, modern woodworking equipment and automation, established processes, and a growing volume of work.
As we continue to grow, we're looking for an experienced, hands‑on leader to lead our cabinetry manufacturing operation.
This is not a desk-based production management position
. Our Production Manager is present on the shop floor — leading people, managing workflow, solving problems, maintaining quality, and helping ensure projects move through production accurately and efficiently, ensuring they are completed on time.

The RoleThe Production Manager is responsible for the people, processes, materials, quality, and daily flow of our cabinetry manufacturing operation
.
You will lead a production team of approximately 15 people and help develop the team as the company grows.
Your primary responsibility is straightforwardLead the team and production process so quality cabinetry gets built accurately, efficiently, and on time - consistently.
That means setting priorities, communicating expectations, keeping people and materials moving, identifying problems, and making good decisions when circumstances change.
What You'll Do- Lead, coach, direct, and support our cabinetry production team.
- Manage daily workflow from materials and components through completed cabinetry.
- Establish clear priorities and make sure team members understand what needs to be accomplished.
- Keep production moving toward project deadlines while maintaining high standards for quality and accuracy.
- Assign people where they are most needed based on workload and priorities.
- Identify bottlenecks, material issues, quality concerns, staffing challenges, and other obstacles to production.
- Assess problems, make sound decisions, and implement practical solutions.
- Coordinate materials, parts, hardware, equipment, and labor to keep production moving.
- Maintain visibility into upcoming production requirements and prepare the team accordingly.
- Work closely with other company leaders and departments to ensure a smooth flow of projects into and out of manufacturing.
- Maintain high standards for craftsmanship, accuracy, organization, safety, and professionalism.
- Help train, coach, and develop production team members.
- Hold people accountable while treating them respectfully.
- Identify practical opportunities to improve workflow, processes, organization, and efficiency.
- Remain hands‑on and willing to step into the work when necessary to keep production moving.
Above all, we're looking for a leader who understands how things get built

You do not necessarily need years of experience with the title "Production Manager." You may currently be a production manager, shop manager, shop foreman, lead cabinetmaker, woodworking supervisor, lead carpenter, or hold another hands‑on leadership position.
What matters most is your ability to lead people, understand the work, solve problems, and get things done.
Our ideal candidate has- Proven experience leading, supervising, or directing people.
- Meaningful experience with cabinetry, woodworking, carpentry, millwork, or a closely related trade.
- A practical understanding of how parts, materials, people, and processes flow through a woodworking or manufacturing environment.
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
- Good judgment and confidence making decisions.
- The ability to independently manage day‑to‑day production without requiring constant direction.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
