Trillium Staffing is now seeking a CNC Mill Machinist in Neenah, WI!

Schedule for1st Shift is Monday-Thursday.
5:00 am-3:00 pm4-Day Work Week.
The2nd Shift is Monday-Wednesday3:00 pm-3:00 am and Thursday 3:00 pm-7:00 pm. 4-Day Work Week.

Pay rate is $25-38/hr + $2 second shift bonus| Overtime Available.

A growing machining company in Neenah is looking for an experienced CNC Mill Machinist with strong mill machining experience. Direct hire! If you're a skilled CNC Machinist who can set up, program, and hold tight tolerances without being micromanaged, this is a great position for you.

This employer is hiring an experienced CNC Mill Machinist to join a stable, well-run operation that values precision, consistency, and accountability.

This is not an operator role.

We're looking for a true setup machinist.

• Set up and run CNC Mills
• Load, edit, and troubleshoot G & M code programs
• Set tooling, offsets, fixtures, and work holding
• Perform first-piece and in-process inspections
• Hold tight tolerances and produce to print
• Make adjustments independently to maintain quality

• 4-day work week

• 5+ years of CNC mill machining experience
• Strong blueprint reading skills
• Confident with G & M code
• Experience holding tight tolerances
