Our client, manufacturing industry, is seeking a Milling Operator to join their team in Neenah, WI. As a Milling Operator, you will be part of the production department supporting manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent problem-solving skills, and a dedicated work ethic which will align successfully in the organization.

Shift: 1st Shift, 5:00 am - 3:00 pm

What's the Job?

• Operate milling and woodworking machines to produce quality components
• Oversee and help create an efficient production schedule to maximize output
• Read and interpret technical drawings, reports, and work instructions
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and measure components as needed
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment

What's Needed?

• Minimum of 5 years' experience working with manufacturing equipment
• High school diploma or equivalent; advanced education preferred
• Ability to operate a computer and use small hand tools and measuring devices
• Knowledge of machining tools, their geometry, and application
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow safety procedures
