Assembly Technician Job Description
We are seeking motivated candidates to join our team as Assembly Technicians. You will be responsible for assembling circuit boards and sub-assemblies using various hand tools and production machinery. Your role will also involve performing quality checks to ensure precision before proceeding to the next steps. Computer use will be required to access detailed instructions for each assembly process.
Responsibilities- Use hand tools such as screwdrivers, torque drivers, and wrenches for assembly tasks.
- Operate production machinery to apply solder paste and assemble smaller components.
- Perform quality checks on completed work to ensure accuracy and adherence to specifications.
- Utilize computers to log into multiple programs and access step-by-step assembly instructions.
- Experience in general production and assembly.
- Proficiency in using hand tools and soldering techniques.
- Basic computer operation skills to access and navigate assembly instructions.
Skills & Qualifications
- 1 year of assembly experience is preferred.
- 1-2 years of soldering experience can lead to higher starting pay.
- Experience in picking and packaging is advantageous.
- Customer service experience can be beneficial.

Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Neenah, WI.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $18.00 - $19.30/hr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
