Medical/Surgical RN — Theda Care Neenah, Neenah, WI

Assignment Details

• Unit:
  Medical/Surgical 5th Floor
• Shift: 12-hr Nights, starting 5:30 PM
• Contract:
  
  13 weeks, 36 guaranteed hours/week
• Start: ASAP
• Weekends:
  Up to every other weekend
• Holidays:
  Holiday rotation, as needed
• Float:
  Throughout the facility within skillset; to all Theda Care facilities within a 60-mile radius
• No on-call/call-back requirement
• Scrub color:
  Black
• Any missed shift must be made up within 2 weeks

Eligibility Note: Previous travel experience required — candidates cannot be coming from a facility or home location within 50 miles of Theda Care's Corporate Center in Neenah, WI.

Unit Overview

• Primary cases:
  Med/Surg, COVID
• Required experience with pre/post cardiac cath, post-pacemaker, and TR Band care
• Occasional pediatric patients
• Patient ratio: 1:5–6

Requirements

• 3+ years of RN experience
• At least 1 prior travel contract required
• Wisconsin RN license and AHA BLS required
• Epic charting experience within the last year required
• Looking for hard-working, resilient, socially adaptable candidates who manage change well
