Quality Assurance Supervisor

Trilliant Food & Nutrition is a leading manufacturer of premium coffee and beverage solutions headquartered in Little Chute, Wisconsin.

The Quality Assurance Supervisor is responsible for the daily execution of all food safety and quality processes, ensuring compliance with company, customer, industry, and regulatory requirements. The role also manages the lab team and oversees day‑to‑day quality activities.

• Ownership of communication within the quality area and across functions.
• Act as reliable resource for employee and team needs, providing timely, meaningful follow‑up to all questions, concerns, and ideas; be visible and approachable.
• Engage and involve employees through regular team meetings, process improvement discussions, follow‑up on suggestions, and clear communication.
• Model a positive, resilient, results‑oriented approach; ensure employees know their opinions count.
• Ensure clear performance expectations and provide formal and informal coaching, performance management, development, and recognition.
• Use performance metrics to improve efficiency and assess team effectiveness.
• Review product on hold daily to determine disposition.
• Lead area‑specific production process management and improvement activities, including opportunity identification, communication, daily goal meeting, and planned improvement execution.
• Participate in the production and people scheduling process, adjusting as needed to support quality goals.
