• Maintains a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for team members, customers, and visitors.
• Maintains cleanliness of all store areas including sales floor(floor scrubber), entrances, fitting rooms,breakrooms,office spaces,backroom, and parking lot.
• Cleans andsanitizesrestrooms.
• Restockscleaning and restroom supplies.
• Empties trash receptacles and recycling bins throughout the store.
• Cleans windows, mirrors, and glass surfaces.
• Assists with minoror light facilities maintenance tasks.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Previous janitorial experience preferred.
• Excellent time management and prioritization skillsandthe ability to work through multiple tasks simultaneously under time constraints.
• Excellent communication, customerserviceand attention to detail.
• Basic math skills required.
• Experience with computers ora willingnessandability to learn.
• Reliable transportation and ability toworka flexible schedule, including holidays, evenings, and weekends, with regular andtimelyattendancein accordance withthe assigned work schedule.

• Work is performed primarilyina standard retail sales floor andbackroom orwith extensive team member contact and frequent interruptions.
• Primary function requires sufficient physical ability to repetitively:
• Stand for prolonged periods of time (up to 8 hours).
• Independently twist,lift, carry,pushorpull moderate (40-50pounds) of weight; using a team liftfor objects weighing over 25 pounds.
• Reach (approximately 54inches).
• Frequently stoop, bend, kneel, crouch.
• Sufficienthand and finger dexterity to perform detailed tasks.
• Verbally communicate to exchange information.
