Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Professional to build and lead a sales team while driving revenue growth. The ideal candidate will bring strong technical sales expertise, proven account management experience, and a passion for customer service. As a Commercial & Automotive Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for designing and executing sales strategies, managing key accounts, entering and tracking customer and contractor information, and ensuring your team consistently meets sales targets while fostering a culture of excellence.

This role will play a critical part in expanding our footprint across both Commercial Property Management Services and Automotive Sales Responsibilities

  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies aligned with company objectives.
  • Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Enter, maintain, and track customer and contractor information and relationships in the CRM to ensure accurate records and smooth communication.
  • Utilize CRM and reporting tools to track performance, manage customer relationships, and provide insights on key metrics.
  • Recruit, train, and mentor team members to enhance technical sales and customer service skills.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key accounts to ensure satisfaction, loyalty, and repeat business.
  • Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to develop promotional materials and campaigns that support sales initiatives.
  • Monitor competitor activities and adapt strategies to maintain a competitive advantage.
  • Support brand visibility and engagement through social media marketing and community outreach.
  • Proposal & Contract Management – draft, review, and ensure accuracy in proposals, bids, and service agreements.
  • Cross-Team Collaboration – partner with operations, accounting, and QA to ensure seamless project execution and client satisfaction.
  • Pipeline Management – build and maintain a robust sales pipeline, including follow-ups, renewals, and upsell opportunities.
  • Reporting – prepare weekly and monthly sales performance reports for leadership.
  • Customer Retention Strategies – implement programs to reduce churn and maximize long-term customer value.
  • Cold calling and outreach to generate new business
  • Create and implement compelling marketing strategies to attract new customers.
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through responsive and personalized support.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience in technical sales, account management, or commercial B2B sales.
  • Industry knowledge or experience in Automotive sales, commercial property management services and/or construction/real estate sales strongly preferred.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to build, motivate, and guide a diverse sales team.
  • Excellent analytical abilities to assess performance metrics and market conditions.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and digital sales tools.
  • Tech-savvy with comfort using Google Workspace, Salesforce, Quick Books, and social media/business marketing platforms.
  • Strong negotiation skills and proven ability to close deals.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first approach.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment while managing multiple priorities.
  • Networking experience at trade shows, chamber of commerce events, or local business associations.
