What You'll Do:

As a Service Technician, you'll be the go-to expert for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a wide range of high-tech retail scales, packaging systems, and food processing equipment. Every day brings something new-new challenges, new customers, new equipment to master.

You will:
  • Read and interpret electrical schematics to troubleshoot with confidence.
  • Provide expert technical support mostly with on-site visits and in the shop.
  • Service and repair retail scales, wrappers, and food processing equipment.
  • Apply mechanical repair skills to keep equipment running smoothly.
  • Maintain your company vehicle, laptop, and parts inventory.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service to a diverse client base.
What You Bring:
  • Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
  • Ability to read schematics and diagnose issues logically.
  • A customer-first mindset-you care about solving problems the right way.
  • Excellent organization and time management.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
  • Ability to pass a background check and drug test.
Preferred Experience:
  • HS Diploma/GED + 2-4 years mechanical/electrical experience.
  • Food equipment service experience.
  • 3+ years of hands-on electrical/mechanical work.
Physical Requirements:
  • Lift 50-75 lbs (with or without assistance)
  • Walk 1-3 miles/day; drive 2-5 hours/day
  • Kneel, squat, bend, push/pull in various environments (noise, heat, cold, wet)
  • Availability for overtime and on-call rotations.

Two main locations one in Chicago, IL and the other in Neenah, WI, we are able to provide fast and dependable service and sales of food processing equipment.

We focus on understanding the needs of our customers in purchasing new equipment, repairing existing equipment, and having parts available to keep that equipment up and running.
