In this entry‑level role you will service aquariums and aviaries in senior communities, assisted living facilities, and other healthcare offices. The position requires basic knowledge of hand tools and assembly, lifting, bending, and heavy physical demands. Travel up to one week per month out of state to install installations.
Responsibilities- Manage service cycles for customer base
- Communicate company products and services effectively
- Respond to calls and emails to meet customer needs
- Prioritize and handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Create efficient work schedules
- Maintain professional appearance and excellent communication skills
- Exceed goals with inner drive and desire for improvement
- Organize work and manage time effectively
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Driver’s license
- Mechanical aptitude preferred; experience with fish keeping or bird keeping an advantage
- Strong work ethic, punctuality, and good attendance
- Ability to comprehend and follow instructions in English
- Team‑oriented communication skills
- Willingness to travel within service area radius
- Ability to lift heavy items and maneuver equipment
- Flexibility with schedule and job responsibilities
- Can pass a DOT physical
Full‑time, 40 hours per week. Pay starts at $20 per hour, increasing with travel and out‑of‑office work. Total first‑year compensation projected at $45k‑$55k. Day shift schedule. Benefits commence after 90 days probation and 401(k) match after 1 year.
