HVAC Technicians – Up to $34/hr – Neenah, WI
Summit Skilled Solutions is hiring experienced HVAC technicians for a first-shift role at a major manufacturing plant in Neenah, WI. Candidates will be responsible for full-cycle maintenance, diagnostics, and repair of HVAC systems, including refrigerant systems and BMS monitoring. The position offers structured workweeks, strong safety standards, and technical skill development.

- Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals
- Valid driver’s license
- Two-year HVAC technical certificate or state HVAC license
- Familiarity with CMMS software and BMS controls
- Strong communication and bilingual skills
- Experience with refrigerant recovery and system diagnostics
