Pro Ampac is seeking an Industrial Maintenance Technician to support night shift operations in our advanced manufacturing facility. In this role, you will troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues on production and packaging equipment, perform preventive and predictive maintenance, and help minimize downtime. You'll collaborate closely with production teams, follow strict safety and LOTO procedures, and document work in a CMMS.

Responsibilities

  • Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues on production and packaging equipment
  • Perform preventive and predictive maintenance to maximize equipment uptime and reliability
  • Respond to equipment breakdowns during night shift and prioritize repairs to support production goals
  • Use CMMS to document work orders, parts usage, and maintenance history accurately
  • Read and interpret electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic schematics, manuals, and blueprints
  • Collaborate with production and engineering teams to improve equipment performance and reliability
  • Follow all safety policies, including Lockout/Tagout and PPE requirements, maintaining a clean and safe work area
  • Assist with equipment installations, changeovers, and upgrades to support new products and processes
  • Identify root causes of recurring equipment issues and recommend corrective actions
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives focused on quality, efficiency, and waste reduction
