Basement Waterproofing Labor

Erie Home, a national leader in residential roofing and exterior remodeling, is seeking a Basement Waterproofing Laborer to support our growing construction teams. In this hands-on role, you'll assist with installing interior and exterior waterproofing systems, including drains, sump pumps, and concrete work, to keep homeowners' basements dry and protected. Responsibilities include site prep, material handling, demolition, cleanup, and safe use of tools and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Assist with installation of interior and exterior basement waterproofing systems
• Prepare work areas including demolition, cleaning, and debris removal
• Mix, pour, and finish concrete for trenches, drains, and repair areas
• Install drainage systems, sump pumps, and related components per specifications
• Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently
• Load, unload, and stage materials and equipment at job sites
• Follow all safety procedures, PPE requirements, and company standards
• Communicate with crew leaders to complete projects on time and to quality standards
• Maintain clean, organized job sites and company equipment
• Provide professional, courteous behavior at customer homes
