Theda Care Regional Medical Center – Neenah in Wisconsin is seeking a Trauma Social Worker to provide crisis response and psycho-social support for trauma patients and families. You will assess needs, coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, and develop care plans in collaboration with community resources.
Responsibilities include on-site crisis response within 60 minutes, EMR documentation, bereavement support, and ongoing communication with the care team.
