We are NOW hiring! Come join Wisconsin's first worker-owned cooperative respite program. Full Circle Respite’s mission is to foster opportunities of tailored growth and knowledge for our clients and their direct support systems in order to achieve goals beyond the walls of our facility. We aim to inspire confidence within our clients so they may independently work towards goals in the future.

• Provide 1:1 respite and assist in group sessions,
• Safe transportation of clients,
• Ability to teach daily living skills,
• Ability to co-regulate and de-escalate clients,
• Proper documentation of services,
• Curiosity of different leisure activities with clients,
• Model professionalism and strong work ethic.

Flexible Scheduling Mon-Fri (primarily after school care hours), Occasional weekends.

$18.00/hour

Higher than average wage in the area, formulated with nature of work, mileage reimbursement, and personal vehicle usage in mind.

Pathway to ownership with more voice and choice opportunities as a member owner.

Worker’s Compensation

Hands-on learning in the human services field.

Ability to learn and apply personal experiences to your education

• High School Diploma.
• Must be 18 with a valid drivers licence and proof of insurance.
• Transporting clients in personal vehicles.
• Ability to pass a background check/Motor Vehicle Record check.
• Timeliness through entire shift.
• Ability to transition between stationary and fast paced activities in a variety of environments.
• Ability to function in a high energy/stimulating environment.

• Prior experience working with kids
• Pursuing a degree in related fields- such as social work, psychology, human services, youth justice etc.
