SEASONAL Pool Lifeguard or Water Safety Instructor

The Neenah Parks and Recreation Department employs summer staff ages 15 & older for recreation in sports, playgrounds & swimming pool. • Lifeguard – 30‑40 per week, $14.00 per hour

Apply for any or all of the positions posted that you are qualified and interested in. You only have to complete one application if you are interested in both positions.

The positions are not benefit‑eligible.

• 15 years of age by the opening of the Neenah Pool Season.
• Ability to work with varied age groups.
• Decision‑making skills.
• Lifeguard: Current American Red Cross Lifeguard Training/First Aid/CPR/AED.

• Lifeguard: Prevent injuries, enforce facility rules, and recognize and respond effectively to all emergencies by monitoring activities in and near the water. Interact positively and in an exemplary fashion with customers. Complete assigned cleaning and maintenance duties.
