Overview

The Field Quality Supervisor leads and supports driver and installation teams to ensure safe, efficient and high-quality appliance deliveries and installations. This role focuses on training, coaching, ride‑along inspections, and real time field leadership and field teams to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality appliance deliveries, and installations. Schedule

• Schedule: Tuesday–Saturday, 11:00 AM – Close
• Conduct PM driver check‑ins
• Conduct ride‑behinds
• Review performance results with drivers and management
• Provide hands‑on support and problem resolution in the field
• Support warehouse operations as needed as well as Office
• Provide on‑site leadership during peak PM activity
• Hold drivers accountable and make real‑time decisions

Qualifications

• Experience in final‑mile delivery or logistics preferred
• Appliance installation experience (refrigerators, dishwashers, washers/dryers, ovens, etc.) preferred
• Experience with moving Heavy Appliances with Handcart
• Proven leadership or team‑training experience
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to de‑escalate customer concerns
• Valid driver’s license and insurable driving record
• Ability to pass background and DOT requirements
• English fluency required;
  Spanish bilingual beneficial
