As Courier at Community First Credit Union, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the efficient distribution of incoming and outgoing mail, as well as supporting branch operations through timely mail and package delivery. This position upholds the high service standards of Community First Credit Union by providing reliable, accurate, and exceptional service to internal and external members. As Courier with Community First Credit Union you will:
- Deliver outstanding, “WOW” service to both internal and external members, aligning with Community First Credit Union’s values and goals
- Pick up and deliver mail, packages, and other materials from branch offices and designated corporate location using a company vehicle on an assigned route
- Sort incoming mail for internal distribution and prepare outgoing mail for the U.S. Postal Service, ensuring proper handling and organization
- Meter, pack, and sort outgoing mail while maintaining accurate records for registered, certified, and express items
- Conduct periodic quality checks of postage and envelope sealing processes to ensure compliance and accuracy
- Respond promptly and effectively to inquiries from departments and branches regarding postage and delivery services
This position shares a rotating schedule with our other part-time Courier.
We are looking for a combination of:
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service in a dynamic environment
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to communicate effectively with team members and other departments
