1st Shift Lift Truck Operator

Role Overview

Under supervision, performs routine and some non‑routine logistics operations activities, including moving and storing materials/products using manual labor and low‑complexity machinery such as forklifts and conveyors; receiving and inspecting goods; verifying items against shipment records; gathering, verifying, and packing items for shipment; and recording received and shipped items.

• Receive and track shipments.
• Load or unload shipments in delivery trucks.
• Prepare orders by processing requests and supply orders, pulling materials, packing boxes, and placing orders in the delivery area.
• Label and stockpile shipments according to size, shape, and type.
• Promote a clean shipping supply area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
• Record and manage all impaired or damaged merchandise items.
• Complete reports by entering required information.
• Perform routine quality checks on finished products.
• Provide quality service by following organization standards.
• Follow safety regulations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Typically possesses 1–2 years of relevant experience.

• Good physical stamina and manual dexterity.
• Ability to work with a team in a fast‑paced environment.
• Good organizational and time‑management skills.
• Great interpersonal and communication skills.
• Solution‑oriented problem solver.

The pay range is $19.23–$30.77 annually. A competitive wage for new hires falls between $21.64 to $21.64. The starting rate is the same for all applicants that apply for this role.
